The
Pyramid of Life
Pyramiders
are dedicated to supporting the pyramid of life, just as so many have given
their life in support of the values contained therein.
Without
air, life ceases in minutes.
Without
nourishment, life is measured in days.
Without
shelter, life ceases in seasons.
These
three requirements comprise the base of life.
The
pyramid continues
Without
family, life is measured in a single generation.
Without
justice, the family would perish.
The
final element the apex of the pyramid is the soul or elan.
Without this element there would be no reason for humanity to exist.
Since
the beginning of time, society has found it necessary to defend itself from
those who would destroy the pyramid. The element in the pyramid most at
risk today is Lady Justice. The very element of our society in whose trust
Justice resides is the element seeking to destroy Justice: the illness known
as ignorance and greed. Ambition enslaves men who in their lust for power
try to enslave others and by their action destroy a civilized society.
The
spirit of freedom is the guiding reason for civilization to exist without
it life has no meaning.

For
these I speak, those few RAF Pilots owed so much by so many, to those young
men who charged into fire and steel, often to their death, offering their
lives for the pyramid of life. I speak for them for I too offered my life,
on my 17th birthday I volunteered for the Marine Corps and on many occasions
was offered good state side duty, which I rejected. On arriving overseas
I was again offered non-combat duty, instead I volunteered for corps recon.
We made three assault landings and more than 20 rubber boat landings on
enemy islands in the Kerma-rettto Islands and the Okinawa area. Not one
Marine in the Saipan, Tinian or Okinawa operation refused to do his duty
even though it would mean certain death if discovered coming ashore in rubber
boats under fire. We willingly offered our lives in the belief that those
who survived would defend the Pyramid. During these operations I served
as a rifleman, scout sniper and rifle grenadier.
We
accuse the legal profession of undermining the heart of our Judicial system
by using a social cancer called greed to destroy an essential block of the
Pyramid.
The elements of this cancer are ignorance and selfishness
which equal greed, the cancer of our soul, while reason
plus selfishness result in self interest, the foundation
of our Constitution. Those of us who survive must protect the principle
of the Pyramid.
In
most states, a single law firm controls the purse strings of the dominant
political party who in turn appoint the judges who control the outcome of
decisions often in million dollar results. This is where greed and corruption
decide the result. We must find a way to overcome this soul-destroying disease,
which is hammering away at the Pyramid. Since we rely on our youngest and
best to defend our nation they ,who are our most ardent idealists must be
given a major role in selecting judges. The corruption must suffer the most
severe of punishments if the Pyramid is to endure.
The
proof of our charge is the O.J. Simpson case in criminal law and the Cherokee
case (U.S. Supreme Court case # 99-1412) in civil law. These two cases are
just two of hundreds our judiciary has turned out, cases in which the rich
got away with murder and the politically correct destroyed a man's life
work.
WE
MUST UNITE TO DESTROY THE CANCER BEFORE IT DESTROYS
